fruit bruschetta board
One of my favorite stores to encounter thus far in my Texan living, is a place called Central Market. If you're at all into food, it is a wonderland of all things delicious. Their produce section has an almost farmers market appeal to it. Their selection is like no other and it just draws you in to pick up whatever looks good.
Now I never prefer or recommend to go into the grocery store and not have any sort of plan in mind, however, I feel like that rule can definitely be bent for produce. Especially in the summer time when everything is beaming with gorgeousness, it is hard to say no to some fruits and vegetables!
I came up with this solely based on what I had picked out at the market! This bruschetta board can be made from whatever you have on hand! I think the perfect times to have this board would be for a brunch party or an early appetizer with some crisp white wine. YUM! It is truly a show stopper with little to no effort!

Fruit Bruschetta Board
- 1 container whole milk ricotta
- 1 baguette
- olive oil

- strawberries (fresh or freeze dried, I only had freeze dried on hand!)
- pineapple, diced
- fresh basil
- fresh mint
- fresh thyme
- balsamic vinegar
- strawberry jam or any jam of preference
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly brush baguette slices with olive oil. Toast in preheated oven for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
